Returns & Refunds
All orders will be delivered by Standard Delivery for £5 or Express for £15 per address. Delivery charges are complimentary for orders over £750 to one address. Please allow 3 working days for Standard Delivery. Express Delivery orders placed by 1.30pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day. This excludes Saturdays and Bank Holidays. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting Personal Shopping at 0800 160 1837.
Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, please contact Personal Shopping at 0800 160 1837, Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00; closed on public holidays.
Please allow an additional 5 days for delivery of machine-engraved items.
Return Policy and Packaging Information
Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 14 days of return.
Alternatively merchandise will be accepted at select Tiffany & Co. locations in London, United Kingdom – Old Bond Street, Royal Exchange, Canary Wharf, Sloane Street and Westfield. Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note we do not accept returns on engraved, customised or serviced items and fragrances.
